experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy is
designed to make the process as simple as possible.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in its original, unused condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging, and accessories.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Personalised or custom-made items.
Items that have been opened or used (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to return it:

Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address.
Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable
shipping service.

4. Shipping Costs
If you received damaged or defective item and you want to return it so in that case we will pay shipping charges but if product is not damage and the customer does not like the item or is not satisfied, then the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional
cost.
