All orders are processed within 6–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Local deliveries: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order amount. We offer free delivery on order more than 2,000.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available).

You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier’s website.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Masaafat Online Store is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will investigate with the courier and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
